I call this blog “swirl to coat” because, like the recipes that call for a heaping spoonful of olive oil or butter to coat the pan, life calls for a little extra seasoning, too. So “swirl to coat” is about enjoying and celebrating what life has to offer. For me, that “extra seasoning” encompasses not only recipes, but art, theatre, fitness, books, movies, education, and sometimes just some musings or lists of gratitude.
